Graduated and graded the highest degree of competency upon final examination from the International Coach Academy's (ICA) rigorous coach training program aligning with the PCC, or Level 2 credential, with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 125 hours of coaching training. 

Trained with Myorei Healing in Vancouver, BC, Canada through three levels of Reiki study and attunement to reach the highest level of Reiki Practice. A rare and precious combination, my credential ID is both through the Usui (Japanese) lineage 10th generation and the Komyo (Western) lineage of 6th generation.

Two-time Mentor with the Centre for Business (CfB) Student - Mentorship Program of George Brown College. Paired with a current Human Resources student, this program aims to build successful mentoring relationships between Business Professionals and CfB  Students to support readiness and application of theoretical knowledge into their growing career experiences.

This part-time Data Analytics course at BrainStation, Vancouver, BC, Canada prepares the analyst for advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets competency, and introduction to databases and queries using SQL. Applied learnings on the job to create Customer Success Metrics as the Customer Insights Manager at a financial tech start-up. 

Elected by the 4th year Physical Education and Kinesiology (Phe/KIN) students at Queen's University to represent the class at student council (PHEKSA), and to represent PHEKSA at biweekly Alma Mater Society Assemblies.
